Lost license

Dear Staff,
I want to install Railclone and ForestPack after clean instaliing Windows OS.
It seems I've somehow deleted the emails containing the licence codes for my purchased products.
I've used the resend button in "my licences" but I still haven't received the codes.

Please advise. I'am in the middle of a rendering job and need the keys ASAP.

We send license keys on manual basis during our office hours. You can expect to receive them in a few hours.
