Title: Macro Parameters "Exported by Default" - keeps coming back!

Has anyone else noticed this?

If you have a macro with a parameter exported by default. You set so that it is not exported because in the case you are using it you do not need it to be. The input goes away, but then some time later, with out setting it, it comes back!

I've seen this a few times, latest RC.

We cant reproduce it here. If You find a pattern of steps that can reproduce the issue, please report it again.
