Title: Mapping
Post by: Dragan on February 03, 2020, 01:54:34 PM
Hi.
3dsMax is not my primary software (I use RC & FP as both plugins have the logic that  I`m very comfortable).
I have a problem with a proper mapping solution for the window frame.
Does anyone have an idea of how to set up everything to:
- avoid scaling,
- use real-world map size
- keep the corner segment with split map orientation?

I use Default scale mode to reduce the number of segments.
I also use the trick to oversize Y Size of the segments instead to calculate, so RC will slice them automatically.
Both options will scale the bottom/top/sides segment and texture too.
-Corona
Any idea?

I  just saw style.
%$^$$^^&%%&*^*#$@$#@#   :D ;D :o
This should be sent to the Development team to see.
We need some elegant node to solve this problem.

Thank you for your hard work. If I had known that it was so`easy` I would never have posted the question.
