Hi,

Please try scrolling up the 'Standard Primitives' combo list, until your see 'Itoo Software' category.
In recent Max releases, this list doesn't expand completely, as in previous versions.

Hi,

I‘m sorry to hear, you’re still facing trouble with it. Please check under Customize > Plug-in Manager... if our plug-ins are loaded. If not, please verify, if you can see under C:\Program Files\Autodesk\3ds Max 2023\Plugins the following files: ForestPackPro.dlo / railclonepro.dlo and if so, please delete these.

You should have these just under the following folders:

C:\ProgramData\Autodesk\ApplicationPlugins\ForestPackPro2023\Contents\plugins\2023

&

C:\ProgramData\Autodesk\ApplicationPlugins\RailClonePro2023\Contents\plugins\2023

Let me mention, that when installing our plug-in, please double-check you are not running any 3ds max or related (like the VRay Spawner) service during the installation process. Sometimes, even closed, 3ds max might not shut down correctly and its processes are still running in the background. To check this you can go to the Task Manager by pressing Ctrl+Shift+Esc and make sure they've both shut down correctly.

I hope that helps and please let us know if that's all working fine or if you are still facing troubles with it. Thanks in advance.

Best regards,

Hi,

Please double-check which version are you installing (we recommend using the latest version released) - the 3ds max 2023 is supported since the Forest Pack 7.4.1 & Railclone 5.2.2.

Best regards,

I need to pay 60 euros each, for railclone and forest, because i only have the licence for ForestPackPro731_x64 &  ForestPackPro709_x64...3ds max 2023 support seems to be effective from the forest Pack 7.4.1 & Railclone 5.2.2.

Great :)
