Title: Metal shed panels not fitting together correctly and overlapping on corners.
Post by: chrisc0le on June 27, 2022, 12:17:43 PM
Hi All

Hopefully someone will be able to show me the error of my ways.
I am trying to use railclone to populate the side panels of a metal shed. These are 18cm corrugated panels.
I have been able to play around with the settings and get something like what I need.

However the corners are giving me a big headache. When I eventually do manage to get everything fitting together. The corners seem to have overlapping geometry on one side only.

Hopefully I'm just missing something with pivots or a setting somewhere.

Thought i'd add an update.

I managed to fix the problem quite easily in the end. I removed the start & end segments (where not required), set all pivots to auto and used transform & padding to position the corner segments manually. Everything fell into place then.
