Title: Mosaic tile help

Hopefully someone can give me some pointers on how to fix this issue I am having.

Looking to create a tiling pattern like the image, but I am not sure on the best way to do it with railclone. I can do the main white tile easy enough with a array 2s.  Cant figure out how the add the black infill tile thou.   If possible i would like to keep the two tiles separate so can have minor variation with the black tile.

Any advice would be appreciated, thanks

Hi,

The Compose Operator in the Grouped mode will do the job – it’s just needed to “align” Pivot Points correspondingly and adjust the Padding or – like in the case of the attached scene, override the Fixed Size to match the bigger piece. Please find attached the modified scene (221229_Mosaic tiles for front garden_iToo.max).
