My DELETE button stops working.

We found a specific combination of Forest and RailClone lister which may trigger this issue, even with latest updates.
We are actually testing a fix. If everything is correct, it will be included in next FP/RC updates.

Until then, if your Delete key stop working, try opening Forest or RailClone lister, focus it (clicking the window) and then select again in the scene. That should fix it.

I didn't update to the latest version yet as my maintenance subscription ended a day before the bug got fixed. Just like the year before when we were plagued by the terrible slowdown bug that locked a thread when using multiple Max instances - in all honesty these are terrible bugs from iToo just as this one is. I thought iToo was a bit better than that, but the latest releases really mess with Max and this should not happen imho.

Anyway I created this macroscript (see attached) to workaround it and I bound it to the following shortcut: SHIFT + DELETE, this way I can keep working and I don't need to restart Max every time I want to delete an object in the viewport. I called it UberDelete.
