Hi All,

I'm wondering if anyone else has experienced this issue with Itoo Software. When I open a file with heavy RailClone components, my delete button stops working, Both the physical key and the Edit > Delete option. I've been trying to pinpoint the cause and have noticed that it seems to happen specifically when I use RailClone or RailClone files.

This is not new, it's been going on for a long time.

The only workaround I’ve found so far is to shut down Max, restart it, and reopen the file, which adds a five-minute penalty.

Hi, this is a random issue which we have not been able to identify yet.
What it happens, please try opening and closing the Library Browser. Tell us if that solves the problem.

Hi,

I use Forest Pack more than railclone. The problem may not be related to railclone alone. I also had times when the delete key did not work. The problem was fixed when I restarted 3ds max. I could not understand what caused the problem.

I found that after opening "Railclone Lister" and then closing "Railclone Lister", the delete key will become invalid. When I open "Railclone Lister" again, the delete key will be available again.
