Title: Negative padding

I have a style made of 2 segments across 2 L1S generators.
Segment B is laying right on top of segment A, and each one of them is controlled by a separate generator.
A spline stretches both of them equally. Which is fine.

But, I need segment B to stick out a bit over the start and the end of the spline.
I know segment A can be padded and be done with it, but the thing is - segment B is just a decoration and I cant to plan the entire thing based on it.

I can`t see the problem with negative padding.
