Title: Objects on conveyor belts

I have a scene where I am animating objects flowing on conveyor belts.  Sometime the belts get a little crazy, like spirals.  This makes the objects flip completely incorrectly and they don't stay "grounded".
Any advice in this scenario to remedy?

That's one of RailClone limitations.

if You enable rectangular shape representation on the shape You can see this figure:

Similarly RailClone aligns segments to the spline as well:

There is an option to make stepped segments deform:

But sadly, that won't work for this case:
