For Max 2015, you need to install the Visual C++ 2012 Update 4 redistributable package.
Our entry FAQ regarding this issue was not updated with 2015. Apologies by that, i've just updated it.

hmmm, uninstalled c++2012 x86 and x32, uninstalled railclone, reinstalled everything, still same error!

we have three machines, with the same configuration.
(win7x64, 3dsmax2015sp3, vray31002, Railclone 234, Forest 436)
the other two machines are running fine....

Please, do this:

1) Get Dependency Walker tool from here.
2) Run it. Select Configure Module Search Order from the main menu.
3) Click Browse, select the Max 2015 root folder, accept and click Add Directory. Close with Ok.
4) Open file, select RCEdit.dll in the Max 2015 root folder.
5) Once complete the analysis, save the result with Save as, selecting Dependency Walker image (*.dwi) format.
6) Repeat saving the result as Text (.txt) format.
7) Put both files (RCedit.dwi and RCEdit.txt) in a zip file and send it to support@itoosoft.com.

Thanks,

Thanks for the files. It seems there are several missing libraries (i highlighted them in the attached screenshot).
Usually these libraries are copied by the setup program, but please try copying them from other workstation. You can find the DLLs in the Max root folder, and must be copied in that location.
