Title: Per-segment materials

One of the more annoying aspects of RC is that you have to make a multi-material for all the segments you want to include, so could it be made like FP where it handles the combining and matID offsets internally?

I'm sorry but this functionality has some side effects that we don't like to have in RailClone.

In Forest it's much more necessary because each object may include multiple plants from different sources. Instead, in RailClone usually each segment is specially designed for a specific style, so part of the design includes to prepare the materials.
