Title: Procedural Apartments

Good ay.
I have a very large master plan , with lots of 4-5 , 6-7 apartments to build. Balconies windows and flat green roofs, brick plaster .etc
Is there a procedural Build for this, to purchase or free?

Would save a few days work.
