Animate/Control A door Leaf

How to create  a Parametric Door that i control to open but still be able to adjust the size of the door and frame if  architect has changed the door width or height or to create double door leaf that opens etc sliding and folding as well
with hingges etc

also to create a window that the lower part is fixed panel but the top part is a top hang that can open etc

op this is understandable

For ex when creating windows/doors to add some randomisation.

will you be able to create a folding system for me and a sliding door

and also what would be great is how to use exspersions some sort of video tutorials becasuse they are very hard to understand
