Parametric windows , doors Folding door and sliding doors yet again

HI Itoo GUys

i want to create these type of windows with there openings as well as the folding doors and sliding doors for animation purposes
wandering if you guys have a base file or create a base file for me  for me  because i dont know anything about how to use the expressions very confusing stuff because i dont want remodel windows for every project etc  or can you guys please create a very indepth tutorail to very very complex windows or maybe create macros
