PV Panels - Struggling with ends
« on: July 19, 2016, 01:14:17 PM »
Hey guys,

I'm trying to build some PV panels that are similar to brise soleil/solar shading, and all seems to be working except I can't for the life of me get the end parts to look right. I'm not really sure what I'm doing wrong.

See attached max file. Ideally there wants to be a solar panel at the start and end of the spline, supported by the circular sections.

Hi,

Please take a look at the attached sample file, hopefully it is what you need. I've simplified it a little so that the panels are wired to the default input and scale between the evenly segments. I've also exported a couple of settings so that they're easier to edit.

I hope that helps, please let me know if you have any further questions.

Many Thanks,

Paul

Paul, that is absolutely perfect. Better than anything I could have done myself!
