railclone modify panel blank

Hello,
after I opened my 3dsmax file after it crashed I cannot see my railclone modify panel settings anymore.
the same now happens when creating new RC object after restart.
could you help me please with this issue?

the problem was causing the startup script "SetQuietMode true"
