I'm sorry to hear that you are having trouble with it. Sometimes, it's better to manually set the
IP address of the licensing server instead of finding it automatically. That can be done during the installation or by using the "
Change License Mode" wizard (
C:\Program Files\Itoo Software\RailClone Pro\LicenseMode.exe) after setting the Network license mode in the
Configure the Network License window. The
Host field should contain the IP address (or the hostname) of your licensing server computer.
If that doesn't resolve the issue, could you please
send us the log file from the
Itoo Software License Manager? You can find it under the
License Server tab by clicking on '
View Log'. This will help us analyze the problem further.
