Title: Railcone won't activate

Hi
I purchased FPro and RC as a bundle on 28th Feb 2018, I installed both of them then a week later had hard disk problems (which resulted in a re-formatting and Windows re- install), so I also re-installed FPro and RC, unfortunately I had to repair the Windows install and again had to re-install FPro and RC, as the repair gave me some issues on a lot of my software installs, even the Microsoft install/un-install tool couldn't help, although was great previously.
This last time RC won't activate (says activated too many times), FPro is fine ?
I understood you could install 5 times before seeking help on this matter ?
I sent a contact form about this last night but no-one has answered yet and I need some of the functions in RC full version not Lite.

Hi, apologies for the delay in replying.
We had a problem in our Helpdesk service and we didn't receive several messages. We are investigating what happened exactly.
