Title: Random Facade

Hi Itoo,
I would know if there's a tutorial regarding doing irregular facades like this by Alessandro Guida:

He said he used Rail Clone Pro to do that, but can't figure out how he managed to handle the windows randomization and the hole in the left building.

Hi,

There's not a specific tutorial for that style but you may find this thread started by Alessandro about that image useful.  As well as discussing some of the technique's there are some samples files you can take a look at.
