We have found that using an object containing specific multibyte characters on a segment will not be able to reload the max file.
ex: 棟

Screen capture

confirmed with RailClone 3.2.0 + 3ds Max 2018/2019

Attached 3ds Max scene with Japanese characters of problem.

Please check and fix.

Hi

Thanks for reporting. We have tried that on multiple PCs multiple max versions. It works as expected without any crashes.

Maybe You could upload Your max file too ?

A scene containing an invalid name (before RailClone) is attached to the 1st post.

I attach a scene (max2018) that crash when loading in this post.
