I see that you started using the beta version (thanks!).
Since some important changes occured between versions, Please, take one of these two options:
1) Cleaning the next key from the registry (using regedit.exe)HKEY_CURRENT_USER\SOFTWARE\Itoo Software\Update Manager\Packages
Alternatively, use the attached .reg (open the zip and double click the .reg file).
2) Reinstall Railclone.
