I'm trying to create an architectural animation with cars moving along the winding street, using Railclone to distribute dozens cars model along Spline. I add Transform operator to animate the cars moving forward. But when i tried to move the car along X axis (forward) with Transform Operator, the cars model doesn't move forward along the spline. Instead it just move straight forward along its own x axis.

Is there any setting to force the car move forward along the spline? Screenshot attached below.

I'm on 3ds max 2016 & Railclone Pro 3.1.0.

Thank you.

Hi,
Thanks for question.

One way to animate objects moving along a spline would be to use Spline properties. Disable Full Length and animate parameters to Your liking:

sorry for late reply. Looks like it was just a bug in cloud point mode view. Because when i changed to box or mesh display, the segment move back to the spline and can be animated along the spline by exporting the parameter and use numeric operator.
