Title: Simple pattern

I have to make this kind of pattern. The brick sizes are 2:1.
So far I usually used a different linear generator for such things, but the area I need to cover now is huge and will take hours for this.

I understand I should be using an 2S generator for this, but I don't know how to make the offset right.
