Surface and A1S problem
« on: March 09, 2023, 11:04:26 AM »
Hello,
Maybe someone has such problem and know how to fix it. I dont post scene becasue is really complex and i cannot recreate problem in simple scene:(
I have A1S and A1S plugged as a Marker. If i use surface and Marker is in adaptive mode I recieve flipped geometry. If i switch to vertical or stepped works fine.
Is it RC limitation?
Many thanks for help

This happens because a rare combination of the spline and the surface, which causes than banking angle in the marker position is rotated, with Z pointing down.

Unfortunately we cannot find a way to fix it for all cases.
In case that someone has the same problem, the workaround is to add a Transform node with Deform->Override Banking = 0.
