Evenly issue
« on: April 28, 2023, 12:53:13 PM »
Hi guys,

I've got a curtain wall setup in railclone which is looking great...

However the architect has asked that we put in some random coloured glass panels. I've decided to do this by using a randomize node to choose between a normal mullion and a wide mullion with a coloured glass panel. Works great - except on corners where there is an overlap with the default sections. Padding doesn't seem to do anything and I'm not sure why.

The issue only seems to appear on the spline vertexes.

Thoughts on how to fix?

I've noticed it appears to be something to do with the "default" section that is next to it.

As you can see all of the default sections have 8 vertical divisions so that they curve smoothly... But on the ones next to the mullions they are trimmed to 4? Even though I have slice disabled on them?

Hi,

Changing the Rules > Corner > Bevel Mode to None might fix it. If that doesn‘t help, please feel free to send us your scene (ideally simplified and containing just this problematic object(s)) to helpdesk@itoosoft.com to check it here.

Best regards,
