Shingle Edge

I am getting these ugly shingle edges. Any way to fix it? My clients love the zoom function ;)

I think you want to use a shingle for start and end as well. Looks like now you use a single shingle in default, that gets sliced to fit.
if you use a start & end shingle as well, that gets used for the last shingle and get's placed from end inwards.

You also can disable Slice from shingles (Segment->Deform->Slice off). This may be particularly interesting if you are using a Clipping spline.

When slice is off, there is an option in Array generator to define behaviour of Segments which intersect with the edge: General->Clipping Area->For No-Slice: Remove/Preserve/Slice.
