Tinted tiles following a rectangular shape

Hi,

I am working on a parking spot with different tinted tiles (darker grey) in combination with regular tiles (light grey)
The tinted tiles will cover a rectangular shape, so how should I set this up?

You can use RailClone texture to drive tiles color.

Thks Rocas, that is much better than my solution using different splines with separate Mat ID.
