In this case if it's not necessary for the height to be adjustable then I would do it with simple L1S generators: One for the curtain wall and one for the doors. These can be placed by changing the material IDs on the spline. You would probably need just 4 slices per ID as shown below: Start, End, Default and Evenly.
If you wanted a more complete solution then something like the technique shown in the windows tutorial would help out. In RailClone 3 there's actually a macro that uses the same technique so you wouldn't need to create the complete graph - just slice your model and connect the segments. It's called
A2S with intersections and it can be found in the Generators sub-group.
