Update Manager: Offline Installation Error

I used to install RC library from Network Location (Pic 01) > Old Version working fine ..
On Other PCs running Most Recent Version 3.2 .. Update Manager Looks different (Offline Installation > Now > Local Network Installation) and I can't Install Libraries anymore .. Giving me Error at attached pic 2
Can you guide me?

One more thing there is no offline installtion as of now.
Is Your PC You are trying to install these libraries offline?

I tried above solution but It didn't help ..
I don't know exactly what do you mean "No Offline Installation" .. Should now I download library each time I install it on new PC? it seems I missing something here ..
To Clarify more .. I have 20 PCs .. I need to install Offline RC Library from "Mapped Network Drive" to all of them without Log in my account to download library on each of them .. Is that possible like previous version?

The shared-folder workflow is still working . It was wrongly named as "offline installation" in previous versions.
You still need to have internet connection to log in to our servers.

You might be interested in command line installation.

It would help us if You could send us update manager log from this folder:
