Title: Use Segment Material

Hi,
Newbie talking.
I created a library several objects with their own material. Then, the "Use Segment Material" is fantastic.
But...
How can I change only one of them ? What's the best process for ?
Where can I find more explanation about the "Materials Using" from Library Browser ?

It is applied either for all or none of the segments.
