Title: What's wrong with my Update Manager ?

Hello itoosoft,
I tried to uninstall the Railclone pro 3.09 and installed the Railclone pro 3.10.
But this error pop up after I installed my offline package 'offline.ium' file.
What wrong with it ? Please help me. :'(
