Window scaling problem
« on: March 07, 2018, 01:53:39 PM »
Hey,

I've set up a parametised window file (attached)

the fixed size spinner for the horizontal seems to cause a weird scaling of the transom, I cant see any way around it.
Even if I turn off scaling for the objects it still seems to be odd.

Any help would really be appreciated.

Hi,

Please find attached a slightly modified scene - with adjusted Pivot Points on used Segments and style - the Y Fixed Size is being driven by the Numeric Parameter on other Segments. Hope that helps.

Best regards,

Hello. Sorry for bothering but I have exactly the same issue - my horizontal panel in windows is scaling instead of moving by use of Y Fixed Size parameter rollout. I downloaded the scene that you attached to this topic as corrected one and tried to do everything in similar way but couldn't make it out. Can you explain in detail what did you changed before? Thanks in advance.

P.S. I'm attaching my file here in case.

Hi Beata

Some of Your segments need to be interchanged and wires rewired.
