Title: Wood material for railing
Post by: OU9561 on April 05, 2022, 02:56:15 PM
Hi everyone, I modified one of the default railing presets and added a wood material to it.
The problem I'm having is that the UV repeat for each segment. How do I tell railclone to make it contiue from one segment to the next so it looks correct?

Hi,

Did you try RailClone's built in Box Mapping tools? They will allow you to create new mapping coordinates that bridge several segments. You can read more about them towards the end of this page: https://docs.itoosoft.com/railclone/next-steps-with-railclone/4-how-to-control-material-ids-and-uvws

I hope that helps,

Paul
