Title: Xsplinecoords.z to negative issue
Post by: raistlin on October 21, 2019, 05:40:33 PM
Hi itoo
I'm pretty sure that i'm not the first to notice this thing, but the really cool function : XSplineCoords.z have a little issue if our spline is gone under the "0" ...
It slice everything is under this level...

Is there something i've missed?

Cheers!

I am not sure what You mean (best illustration would be Your Max file or at least a screenshot).
If You could tell what effect You are after, we could help You build it.
Some Example what XSplineCoords.z can do:

Hi!
I've just take the stair in the forum with the XsplineCoords.z (https://forum.itoosoft.com/railclone-pro-(*)/'solid'-staircases/msg14056/#msg14056)
and in my scene... everything that's under the 0 level is cut... there is absolutly nothing under the "sea level" :'(

To move "Ground level" down, move RC object itself and rebuild the style.

Please share an illustration what do You want to build with RailClone, thanks.
