RC ignores Corner or Bezier-Corner vertex when significant Y Offset set

setting Y Transform for each segment instead of Y Offset solves this issue

Also turning on Style->Simple Y Offset fixes the problem.

Standard Y-Offset uses a complex algorithm to compute Y-Offset paths, solving self-intersections and other issues. But in some cases it may not generate the expected result.
