Macro`s sidebar slider
« on: March 20, 2023, 03:25:16 PM »
Can we have this slider a little bit wider or even have it as an option to set it in preferences?
Tnx

I suggest to use the wheel mouse to scroll. That is more manageable than clicking the slider.

We choosed this minimalist style to keep the editor as compact as possible, and not take up space of the Max UI.

Scrolling with the wheel mouse could interfere with input fields if the cursor stays on it or if the field is active, so users could unwillingly change the field value.
So if you can limit the field input to be inactive on the wheel action it would be great.

Yeap, definitely, you should disable the mouse wheel that affects the input fields, and just live the scroll function.
Otherwise, an unwanted change of parameters always happens. Impossible to work. Verry critical.

Ok. I will see what can be done.
Wheel scrolling is implemented by default in the UI library we use.
