Well since that clipping path area style didn't get too much reactions, I present You another.
This time spline based style:

BTW, I have two more styles in mind for the same "ground tiles" theme

These styles are amazing! I am currently trying to wrap my brain around getting something like this working but fail miserably. (trying to have circular paving pattern where rows farther from the center use more elements to fill up (so that all stones can remain square and don't have to be deformed) (currently if deform is disabled the gaps between stones get wider and wider the farther from center. not sure how to solve this.

so... I`d pay for that splie style in heartbeat!
