Regarding Forest Pack 8.2.5 and RailClone 6.1.4, my license has expired in the previous version. Are there any other fixes available? Or do I have to force renewal to fix this problem?

No. There are not fixes or updates out of the maintenance plan.
If you want to use a plugin version released after the maintenance end date, it's necessary to renew the license.

You can see what updates are available for your license, at the User Panel->My Software.
