Custom object scaling in the Z direction

I have just downloaded Forest Pack lite. Its great. But I have 1 problem. I am using Forest Pack lite to scatter my custom object. Which is a mesh containing a few thousand grass strands. The mesh is 2 metres wide by 100mm high. When I render using mental ray the custom object scales in the Z direction by about 10 times. See image 1. Image 2 shows the original grass mesh which I am using my custom object.

I am distrubuting it using the dense.bmp and I have changed the density units to 10. I am scattering it on editable mesh.

Image 1 shows the rendered image. Image 2 show the original custom object

Try applying a 'Reset XForm' to the mesh before assigning it to Forest. It that doesn't work, please send us a test scene to support@itoosoft.com or post it here.

Thank you Carlos. That solved my problem. It's a great program and solves a number of problems I've been having for a while.

I will definitely be purchasing the pro version
