Forest Lite 6.1, Surface Rollout disabled?

Hello,

I recently installed FP Lite 6.1.5 because I upgraded to V-Ray Next. I now use 3ds Max 2018, but tried on Max 2017 as well. It appears that the Surface parameters are disabled, and it wasn't like that in earlier FP Lite (5.4). I can't add, delete nor update my surface. I can only pick my surface when creating a new forest, then I'm stuck with it.

Should it be that way, or is something corrupt in my installation?

This is limitation of Lite version.
If You require unrestricted version please consider upgrading to PRO license.

Thanks for the answer! What confused me was that this feature (Surface, auto update etc) was available in earlier Lite versions. I'll attach a screenshot just to be extra clear about what I mean.

In the work I do on a daily basis, I rarely use FP and so far Lite version has been adequate for my needs. But should things change I would probably upgrade to Pro version.

Hello, I've got the same problem. I can't add a new surface. Surface list is grey and disable.
I've got the lastest and Pro version  1.6.1 Max 2024.
