Changing FP asset colour messes up other item
« on: January 14, 2024, 02:58:32 PM »
I've come across another issue since FP 8 was released. If I have a list of assets in my editor, I go through and change the colours, usually an even increment of the rainbow only because it's easier to keep track of. But say I have 6 assets, if I go and add a 7th, it loads, and I immediately go to change the colour of that newly loaded asset, it will apply the 7th asset's name and colour to the asset in the 2nd slot. But if I click another asset first or do something else before editing the colour of the new asset, the issue doesn't happen.

Hi,

Thank you so much for reporting it. I have also been able to reproduce this unwanted behavior here, which affects the Color ID and the name in the Geometry list of the previously added item. We will continue to analyze this issue - it will need to be investigated more thoroughly by our main developers, and hopefully, it will be fixed soon.

Best regards,
