Cladding Macro: Cap holes option
« on: February 05, 2024, 11:53:24 AM »
Is it possible to have a working cap holes option in the cladding macro? When using vertical cladding and applying the standard max cap holes modifier on top of the railclone object it often produces triangles in front of windows etc. etc. Or is there a better workaround you would suggest?

Hi,

To cap sliced Segment(s), you can "open" the Cladding macro (right-click > Macro > Edit) and enable the Array 2S > General > Geometry > Cap Holes Mat.ID feature. If you encounter further difficulties, you could try adding some "loops" to the used geometry to see if that fixes it.

I hope that helps.

Best regards,
