I'm sorry to hear, you're facing these troubles. Please double-check, there's enough space on the unit, optionally try to set another folder under
Update Manager's
Preferences >
Temporary Folder >
Select folder. Let me mention, that the Update Manager uses the HTTPS protocol - the port 443 should be accessible - the correct set-up of the connection will depend on all firewall/anti-virus solutions you are using. I would suggest you remove such an installation package from the corresponding folder and download it again. That should help. Also, please try to "reset the Update Manager" by deleting the following registry entry (by using "
regedit.exe") and download these again:
HKEY_CURRENT_USER\SOFTWARE\Itoo Software\Update Manager\PackagesIn case of any further troubles with it, would you mind

update.log located in the following folder?
