License activated but not visible in list

I just purchased a license renewal and activated it in the license manager.
However, when I clicked on "Details" it was still marked as "Maintenance expired" (or similar)
I then deleted the license, clicked the "Add" button and pasted the code and clicked OK. After the nessage "The license was activated successfully" this license does not appear in the list.

How can I solve this issue?

This case may require screenshots or license information which cannot be exposed here.

I suggest to attach a screenshot of the License Manager on the initial message. That will speed up the support process.
