Hello

I contact you before 3 days and i don't sea any answers about my problem
the problem is in forest back 5.5 and my license finish in 2017
way this problem become.

the error message is
 
you  license has been authorized too many times

pleas contact itoo software to reques more activations

i want from you to finish this problem

3ds max 2014
windows 10 64bit

Hi there. I'm having the same problem. I emailed yesterday and have done again just a moment ago.. Sorry for the impatience but we are super pushed for time. Error says we need to 'request more activations'. Thanks in advance!

Hi,

I've replied you by mail a while ago: "We've just added additional activations for your license, please try the activation process again. We're double checking our records, but we can't localize your message from yesterday. Did you use the Contact Us form on our website? We're investigating if there for any possible issues with it. Sorry for any inconvenience caused."
