License lost

I'm a long time user of both RC and FP and a week ago I did a Clean install of Win 10 Pro and 3ds max 2016 along with the latest version of RC and FP, all Went fine, license Went authorized and seem to work.
Today I bought a few Laubwerks trees, installed them and started max, Went to FP and it said that no license was installed. So I needed to go to license manager and re-activate again, both for FP and RC.
Is this common, or what could have happened?

Hi. No, that should not happen. Theorically the license only need to be reactivated with a hardware change, updating BIOS or reinstalling Windows.
We have installed Laubwerk many times and never experienced that problem. Probably some Windows event did occur at same time you installed the libraries, and it triggered the deactivation. But it's difficult to know.

In any case, i just added more activations to your licenses. Apologies for any inconvenience.
