I'm sorry to hear you're experiencing trouble with it. We've run additional tests on multiple configurations here, and everything seems to be working correctly. Could you please double-check your system registry to ensure that the following key corresponding to 3ds Max 2025 is present?
HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Autodesk\3dsMax\27.0
