New Licence for a temporary remote team member

I want to know if I have to purchase a new licence with a new maintenance plan for a remote temporary member working in one of our projects. ?   ... is it OK to share the licence for the working period or is that against the licence agreement or something?

I am curious if I can have this licence to share to freelancers working on our projects from time to time.

Sharing licenses is against license agreement.

If You had a network license then anyone in the network could use the license. It is possible to remotely VPN to a network and use it's licenses.
