I'm sorry to hear that you're facing this issue. Sometimes, it's better to set the
IP of the licensing server computer manually rather than finding it automatically. This can be done during the installation or by using the "
Change License Mode" wizard (C:\Program Files\Itoo Software\Forest Pack Pro\LicenseMode.exe) after setting the Network license mode in the
Configure the Network License window. The
Host field should contain the IP address (or the hostname) of your licensing server computer.
If you encounter any further issues, would you mind
sending us the log file from the
Itoo Software License Manager -
License Server tab -
View Log... so that we can analyze it here?
